Returns and Exchanges 

We strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product under the following conditions: 

  1. Eligibility: 
  • User must submit return or exchange form within 2 days of the delivery date. 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. 
  • Final sale items and items purchased during special promotions cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  1. Return/Exchange Conditions: 
  • Damaged Product or Shipping Package: 
  • If both the product and shipping package have been damaged during transit. 
  • Manufacturing Defect: 
  • If the product has a manufacturing defect. 
  • Incorrect Size: 
  • If an incorrect size has been shipped or you need a size correction. 
  • Missing Parts or Accessories: 
  • If parts of the product or accessory are missing. 
  • Incorrect Product: 
  • If an incorrect product (design/colour) has been shipped against your order. 
  1. Process: 
  • Contact our customer service team at contacts@getes.in to initiate a return or exchange. 
  • Provide your order number and details of the issue. 
  • Once your return/exchange is authorized, you will receive a return/exchange authorization email for confirmation. 
  • Pack the items securely in the original packaging with all tags and labels inside the package. 
  1. Our logistics partner will collect your order within 24-48 hours. Collection will be attempted twice. If the courier is unable to collect the package, you will need to return the package to the warehouse address directly. Reverse collection is subject to service availability in your area.” 
  1. Refunds: 
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive the returned items. 
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method or coupon code, as per your preference. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged product, manufacturing defect, incorrect size, missing parts, or incorrect product shipped. 
  1. Exchange Shipping: 
  • The first exchange is free of charge. 
  • Additional exchanges for the same order may incur a shipping fee.
